LEADERSHIP
FOUNDER & CEO
Shah Sher Ali
NPQEL, MA, PGDIP, PGCE, B.ENG. (HONS.)
As the founder and CEO of Edullect Commercial Ltd, Shah Sher Ali brings a deeply personal commitment to the intersection of education and community investment. His vision is rooted in the belief that the physical spaces where children learn are as important as the curriculum itself.
Under his leadership, Edullect Commercial has established a clear and transparent investment model, using Special Purpose Vehicles to acquire school properties through community participation. The first acquisition—Melville Court in Romford—represents the beginning of a UK-wide strategy.
Shah's approach is methodical: secure the building, empower the school, and grow with the community. Each property acquisition is not merely a financial transaction but a long-term commitment to educational permanence.
"Every child deserves to learn in a spacious building that was built for them—not adapted, not temporary. Our mission is to make that a reality, one community at a time."
— Shah Sher Ali
